Creative Expression Retreat June 26-29

Trust Your Heart and Step Into Your Unique Creative Expression

Wednesday evening

Every day you're expressing yourself -- whether in your personal life or in your career. But are you expressing your true self? Are you feeling the daily joy of conveying your soul's song in everything you do?

Most people are mimicking others. Most act, speak and believe in ways they've been conditioned to. The loud demands of the body and ego often overpower the gentle whispering of the divine heart.

The ego tells you that you have to worry about what others think. It could be telling you that you're "too much" or "not enough" or "too different." It might tell you that you must seek for fame, notoriety and fortune to be happy.

The body has different aspirations. It may encourage you to seek rest or ease. It may try to drown out the unhappiness you feel from not fulfilling your soul's longings by encouraging you to numb yourself with emotional eating, overworking, or escaping from reality.

The fact is that you have something important to express in this world. That may be through writing a book, via an art form, music, speaking, teaching, cooking, creating, and in the way you interact with others in your everyday life. Do you have a deep inner longing that desires expression? Do you know what it's trying to say? Are you fostering it or numbing it?

If something feels off in your life or if you've gone through any major losses recently or a major transition, your divine heart is most likely trying to get your attention and put your feet on the path to your divine destiny!

This retreat is intended to be a safe haven for tapping into your core identity and expressing yourself fully. It can be a place of discovery, a launch pad, or a place to come and touch base with what you already know about yourself.

You will have plenty of free time in a beautiful nature setting to connect with yourself, with nature, your creativity and your life purpose.

We'll have mastermind sessions and group energy clearings on related topics.  You'll also receive three private 50-minute sessions with Marnie. These can be SimplyHealed MethodTM energy sessions or consulting/mentoring sessions about your creative project (like a book or discovering your life purpose). One session will be prior to the retreat, one at the retreat, and one after you return home.

Included with the Retreat

  • 3 Nights of Accommodations (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights)
  • Meals provided during the retreat
  • Self-Expression and Creativity Classes
  • Creativity and personal exploration time in nature.
  • Two 50-minute sessions with Marnie
  • An opportunity to share what you're working on with others. This might be something you're writing, a recipe, a skill, a talent, an art piece, or special knowledge you possess. This is a great time to EXPRESS yourself and get encouragement and ideas from other women.

Schedule

  • One of the consults with Marnie will be by phone either before or after the event. Your second private session with Marnie will be in-person during the retreat.
